When the mind settles, the world opens

Meditation is not an escape but a return. Within stillness comes insight; within insight, compassion — three streams watering one root. Guided by Venerable Heng Chang and senior teachers.

Śamatha · Stillness

Resting the mind on the breath — cultivating inner steadiness.

Vipassanā · Insight

Observing the rise and fall of phenomena — seeing the mind's nature.

Mettā · Compassion

Opening the heart — sending well-wishing to all beings.

Three Tracks

Begin from where you are

Every mind ripens at its own pace — pick the level that meets you.

What practitioners share

Notes from those who have sat with this practice for many seasons.

I came to escape anxiety. After three months — I still worry, but it's much lighter. I've learned to sit with myself.

As a nurse, I come home exhausted. Ten minutes of meditation — like a glass of water for a dry mind.
